For me, real estate has always been about people first and houses second.

Buying or selling a home often comes at a turning point in life — retirement, downsizing, moving closer to family, relocating to Florida, or simply deciding it's time for something different. My job is to help make that transition easier, less stressful, and maybe even a little fun.

About Jill

Real estate is about much more than buying and selling a house. It’s about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions — and making that transition as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

I’m a Pine Ridge Estates resident and local REALTOR®, specializing in helping homeowners throughout Pine Ridge, Beverly Hills, Crystal River, and Citrus County. I have a particular passion for working with homeowners who are downsizing, simplifying, or preparing for the next chapter of their lives.

Before real estate, I spent many years in sales leadership in the steel industry, where I learned the value of strong negotiation, persistence, preparation, and keeping my word. Today, I bring those same skills to every real estate transaction — along with a much more personal approach.

When I list a home, putting it in the MLS is only the beginning. I believe in proactive marketing, thoughtful presentation, community outreach, digital and social media exposure, open houses, and finding creative ways to make a property stand out in a crowded market.

But what matters most to me is the relationship with my clients. I want you to understand what’s happening, feel comfortable asking questions, and know that you have someone in your corner from our first conversation through closing — and often long after.

As someone who lives in Pine Ridge, I’m not simply selling homes here. This is my community too. You’ll often find me involved in neighborhood events, sharing local information, or finding another reason to bring neighbors together.
